Queer Liberation March

The theme for the Dyke March’s return was ”Black Dyke Power.”

While the NYPD descended on the march late in the day, arresting at least four people and using pepper spray, they could not sully the entirety of the march or the meaning behind it.

The rainbow-festooned spectacle that was the WorldPride edition of the Pride March had a protest-focused alternative, The Queer Liberation March.
