Jonas Mekas, filmmaker, founder of Anthology Film Archives and icon of downtown New York, died last month at age 96. City Winery will host a special tribute and benefit at City Winery on February 21, featuring performances from John Zorn, Lee Ranaldo, The Feelies’ Glenn Mercer, The Bongos’ Richard Barone, and composer David Amram, plus ”special guests.”
