The new EP contains expanded versions of songs from his most recent album Life & Livin’ It, as well as a rework of “Yacha,” a track from his 2014 record Mean Love.

Afropunk Festival kicked off its 2017 edition at Brooklyn’s Commodore Barry Park on Saturday (8/26) with beautiful weather and a stacked lineup, including Solange, Soul II Soul, Macy Gray, Sampha, Sinkane, KING, Serpentwithfeet, and Little Simz.

Sunday is mostly free of notable conflicts, but you’ll have to make some decisions on Saturday. Fortunately Solange’s set only conflicts with a DJ set.
