It’s no secret that Finn Wolfhard, the 14 year-old actor who plays Mike Wheeler in Stranger Things, is into cool modern punk and indie rock.

The inaugural California festival also includes Taking Back Sunday, AFI, Alkaline Trio, Saves the Day, Foxygen, FIDLAR, Choking Victim, David Bazan, and more.

Vince Staples, Ty Segall, Deafheaven, Cloud Nothings, clipping, Julia Holter & more will play the 2017 edition of Noise Pop.

The “new FFF fest” happens November 4-6 at the Sherwood Forest Faire, just East of Austin.

FIDLAR have made a video for “Punks,” the new single from their 2015 album, Too. The band made the video at The Flaming Lips’ artspace/studios in Oklahoma City where they were given full access to the Lips’ vast supplies of aluminum foil, fake puke, and other necessary raw materials.
