SummerStage has announced its 2019 lineup of over 100 free shows which happen at NYC parks in all five boroughs, including Japanese Breakfast, Big Freedia, FELA! The Concert, Young M.A, The Wailers, Parquet Courts, The Mountain Goats, Corinne Bailey Rae, Alvvays, and more.

The lineup also includes H.E.R., 21 Savage, Lil Baby, Raphael Saadiq, City Girls, Blueface, Yasiiin Bey, and more.

It’s a stacked night in the NYC area, with Florence, Elton John, Lykke Li, Modest Mouse, Gruff Rhys, Denzel Curry, The Scientists, serpentwithfeet, The Eagles, and more.

There’s also the Duck Down BBQ, Talib Kweli/OSHUN, EPMD, Jungle Brothers, Pete Rock & The Soul Brothers, a ‘Wild Style’ 35th anniversary, and more.

The free Rock Steady Crew 40th Anniversary show at Central Park SummerStage on Sunday, July 20 is now being headlined by what’s being billed as Mobb Deep (Tribute to Prodigy)…

Also: Margaret Glaspy, George Clinton, Main Source, KRS-One, Slick Rick, Robert Glasper, Denzel Curry, DJ Premier, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Capone-N-Noreaga, GZA, Bilal, and so much more.

Earlier this year, a posthumous Sean P verse appeared on Koolade‘s “Say Nothing,” which also features Rah Digga and Tony Touch.
