UK monthly Uncut’s Best Albums of 2019 list includes records from Nick Cave, Wilco, Bill Callahan, Purple Mountains, Leonard Cohen, Sharon Van Etten, Weyes Blood, Lana Del Rey, Joan Shelley and more.

It’s a very ”indie“ Album of the Year category this year. Nominees for other categories include Tool, Thom Yorke, Big Thief, Tyler the Creator, DaBaby, Candlemass, The Cranberries, Tyler Childers, J.S. Ondara, Andrew Bird, Bad Bunny, Rosalía, Koffee, Burna Boy, and more.

In related news, Oysterhead (Trey’s supergroup with Primus’ Les Claypool and The Police’s Stewart Copeland) have added a third reunion show.

The lineup also includes Bassnectar, Clairo, Kaskade, Gunna, Alison Wonderland, Bob Moses, Sublime with Rome, Lotus, EarthGang, Flatbush Zombies, Lucy Dacus, and more.

ALT 92.3 is throwing its second annual ”Not So Silent Night” holiday show in Brooklyn this December.
