Taking Back Sunday playing full LPs at NJ holiday shows, announce acoustic day show

As mentioned, Taking Back Sunday are doing their annual holiday shows at NJ’s Starland Ballroom on December 14 & 15, and then in 2019 they’re going on a 20th anniversary tour which will include full performances of their first three albums (Tell All Your Friends, Where You Want To Be, and Louder Now). They since revealed that the Starland Ballroom shows will also be full album shows, and they announced the daytime pop-up shop and acoustic set happening before the Saturday show (12/15). More info:

Saturday December 15th, 1:30pm-4pm at Starland Ballroom! Join Taking Back Sunday for their annual holiday pop-up shop, featuring: – Taking Back Sunday merch at the lowest prices- Pre-show acoustic set- Pictures with Santa- Vendors, food trucks, and more, curated by The Aquarian! A portion of all proceeds will benefit Taking Back Sunday’s annual fundraising efforts for cancer charities! Does NOT include entry to the 7:00pm Taking Back Sunday show.

Tickets for the pop-up/acoustic set are on sale. The nighttime 12/15 show is sold out but the 12/14 show is still on sale. Opening bands still TBA, so stay tuned for that. All TBS dates are listed below.

Meanwhile, TBS’ John Nolan releases his new solo album this week and begins a full-band tour in November.

In North America if we are playing two nights in your city, we will be playing Tell All Your Friends, other favorites and we will flip a coin on night one for either Where You Want To Be or Louder Now in full as well! Whichever one we play night one, we’ll play the other night two, along with Tell All Your Friends and other favorites.
