Tancred touring, playing NYC after dates with Speedy Ortiz & The Good Life
Tancred, the more rocking project of Now, Now guitarist Jess Abbott, released their very good Polyvinyl debut Out of the Garden last month and they’ll continue to tour in support of it. They’re opening a leg of the Speedy Ortiz / The Good Life tour, which is an excellent triple bill. They’re also on the Starland Ballroom stop of Motion City Soundtrack’s final tour (with A Great Big Pile of Leaves), and playing Riot Fest Chicago.
They’ve now just added a small headlining NYC show for June 18 at Alphaville, which is shortly after the run with Speedy/Good Life ends. Tickets for that show are on sale now.
