The B-52's add Irving Plaza & other dates; Fred Schneider playing with Richard Barone tonight
A couple B-52’s related items for your late Friday. First, Fred Schneider will be helping former Bongo Richard Barone celebrate the 25th anniversary of his 1987 solo debut Cool Blue Halo tonight (5/4) at City Winery. Tickets are still available and other guests include Tony Visconti and Garth Hudson.
Secondly, in addition to the amphitheater shows they’re doing with Squeeze and other previously mentioned gigs, The B-52’s 35th Anniversary Tour will make a stop in NYC at Irving Plaza on August 9. All tour dates are at the bottom of this post.
