The Cribs releasing Ric Ocasek-produced LP in March (listen to a song), playing SXSW and Coachella

Wakefield, UK’s finest, The Cribs, are back with a new album, For All My Sisters, which will be out March 23. The band made the album in NYC with Ric Ocasek producing. You can get a taste via first single “An Ivory Hand” and an album teaser below. That’s one of two LPs The Cribs have in the works. A second features unused outtakes from their In the Belly of the Brazen Bull sessions with Steve Albini that are apparently on the noisy, punk side. Stay tuned for more details on that.
The Cribs will be in North America for SXSW and Coachella. Let’s hope there’s a North American tour coming around those as well. Meanwhile, they’re touring the UK next month and all dates are listed, along with For All My Sisters artwork, tracklist new song stream and teaser video, below…
