The Feelies playing first 2 LPs in full at Jersey City show + more upcoming dates

Over the course of their 40-plus year career, The Feelies have never toured so much as played shows in little bursts. With members scattered across the U.S. these days, it’s become even more so, usually sticking to the East Coast. They’ve got a few shows lined up for the fall, and have just announced a couple more. They’ll hit Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on November 15 and it’s a special show where they’ll play their first two albums — 1980’s Crazy Rhythms and 1986’s The Good Earth — in full. (Knowing them, they’ll probably play more than that, too.) Tickets for that show go on sale Friday, September 6 at 10 AM.

They’ve also got “An Evening With The Feelies show (2 sets + encore) at Hartford, CT’s Infinity Hall on November 16. Before those, they’ll play shows this month at Cambridge, MA’s The Sinclair on 9/20 and Portland, ME’s Port City Music Hall on 9/21.
