The Fest 2020 lineup (Hot Water Music, Cursive, Frank Turner, Sparta, Appleseed Cast, more)

The great, long-running Gainesville punk festival The Fest has announced its initial lineup for 2020 (its 19th edition), which goes down October 30-November 1. Hopefully concerts will be happening by then! The Fest writes:

Alright y’all, the day has come, the first of the #Fest19 bands announced and Fest 19 passes are up! All the info you need is up at www.TheFestFL.com Take some time, peruse the site, listen to the Fest Radio Player, find some new bands, get hyped on old favorites, and tell your buds! Hope this is a bright note in an uncertain time, we all need a little positivity right now.

The lineup includes two sets from hometown heroes Hot Water Music, one with a full performance of 2001’s A Flight and a Crash and an all-requests set. The lineup also includes full-album sets from Cursive (20th anniversary of Domestica), Samiam (20th anniversary of Astray), and The Flatliners (10th anniversary of Cavalcade).

Plus, there’s Frank Turner, Sparta, The Appleseed Cast, Modern Life Is War, Strike Anywhere, Torche, A Wilhelm Scream, Good Riddance, Tim Barry, Criteria, Pohgoh, Red City Radio, Mustard Plug, Gouge Away, Graduating Life, MakeWar, Origami Angel, Pool Kids, Signals Midwest, Sincere Engineer, Prince Daddy & the Hyena, Skatune Network, Slingshot Dakota, Typesetter, We Are The Union, Zeta, Billy Liar, Amygdala, and tons more.
