While The Lees of Memory (ex-Superdrag) were crowdfunding their great new album Unnecessary Evil, frontman John Davis gave fans a chance to commission ten cover songs of their choice. He’s now released all ten, including songs by Guided by Voices and DeVotchKa. The project was recorded on “the mighty Yamaha MT4X Multitrack Cassette Recorder” at Nashville’s “High Bias!!! A Cassette-Based Operation™.” You can stream the whole album below and download it for free at the High Bias bandcamp.
