The Moody Blues played ‘Days of Future Passed’ & more @ Jones Beach (pics, setlist)

The Moody BluesDays of Future Passed 50th Anniversary tour is currently in the NYC area, having hit Jones Beach Theater on Wednesday night (7/12). Before the main event, the band — which still features guitarist/vocalist Justin Hayward, bassist/vocalist John Lodge, and drummer Graeme Edge from their classic ’60s lineup — played a set of other favorites, including “I’m Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band)” and “The Story In Your Eyes.”

After a break — that included a short but powerful rain storm — the band returned to play Days in full, and then a two song encore. Setlist from the night is below, and pictures from the show are in the gallery above.

Tonight (7/13) The Moody Blues play New Jersey’s PNC Bank Arts Center.
