The Promise Ring officially announce New Year’s Eve reunion show in Chicago, playing ‘Nothing Feels Good’ in full
The Promise Ring recently teased something for 2016 which seemed like it would be a New Year’s Eve show in Chicago, and it turns out that’s exactly what it is. Even more excitingly, they’ll be playing their classic Nothing Feels Good in full (and more) and a special guest will open. It happens at the Metro and tickets go on sale Friday (10/23) at noon.
They already mentioned they’d be reissuing Nothing Feels Good on Jade Tree on 10/30, and they also since revealed that reissues of 30 Degrees Everywhere and Very Emergency will come out that day too. Pre-orders are available.
