The Rolling Stones reveal openers for 2019 North American tour

Mick Jagger is healthy again and The Rolling Stones are getting ready for their rescheduled North American tour, which begins later this month in Chicago. They’ve now revealed openers for the tour, which vary by date and include Gary Clark Jr (New England), Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats (Denver), The Wombats who Mick was dancing to in that video (NJ), Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real (NJ & Seattle), and more.

The first NJ (NYC-area) show (8/1 at MetLife Stadium) is with The Wombats, and Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real open night two at the same venue (8/5). There are still some tickets (or Verified Resale Tickets) available for the tour. All dates, with openers listed by date, below.

In other news, The Rolling Stones are finally giving back “Bitter Sweet Symphony” royalties to The Verve’s Richard Ashcroft.
