Canadian indie-rockers The Rural Alberta Advantage are getting ready to hit the studio to make a new album, which will be their first since 2011’s Departing. Before doing that, they’ll road test new material — and play some favorites from their first two albums — on a short North American tour in January. That tour includes two stops in NYC: January 22 at Glasslands and Mercury Lounge on January 23. Tickets to their show at Mercury Lounge go on AmEx presale today (10/30)at noon and go on sale to the general public on Friday (11/01) at noon Tickets to their Glasslands show are on sale now.
