The Scandals' Jared Hart made a video for "Heads or Tails," begins tour with Brian Fallon tonight
Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon releases his debut solo album Painkillers this week, and he resumes his tour in support of it in Philly tonight (3/8). The openers for this leg are Scandals frontman Jared Hart and Austin Plaine.
As we recently mentioned, Jared also has a solo album, Past Lives & Pass Lines, which is out now. He since made a video for “Heads or Tails,” which premieres in this post. Like a lot of punk singers who go folk (Chuck Ragan, Tim Barry, and of course Brian Fallon), Jared retains the gruff sound of his main band with this otherwise softer song. Check it out below.
The tour hits NYC this Wednesday (3/9) at Irving Plaza (sold out) and then Brian and Jared’s home state of NJ on Saturday (3/12) at Starland Ballroom (tickets). Updated dates are listed below.
