The Soft Moon was in Brooklyn over the weekend for two sold-out shows. Temperatures were in the single-digits on Valentine’s Day evening, but not in Saint Vitus where it was a sweatbox the entire show. (Our photographer’s lens fogged over as you can see in one of the shots below). The band never let the heat get to them and delivered an intense, high-energy set of icy, goth/industrial-tinged dancerock. Well matched openers Wall delivered a solid set inspired by early-’80s post punk. Pictures from the whole night continue below.

NYC has one more chance to see The Soft Moon this go-round, as they play a post-midnight set at Baby’s All Right on Thursday (2/18) with Yvette. Tickets are still available.
