Esser & Datarock on stage together (rugbarn)
Esser Datarock

Hopefully you made it out Thursday & Friday. I did not, so we’re heading right into what’s happening this weekend:

Saturday (9/19)

Saturday (9/19) Fixed and Scion are helping Trouble & Bass celebrate their 3rd Anniversary at Le Poisson Rouge. The T&B crew seems to be increasingly more dubstep oriented these days, and Saturday is no exception. Expect to hear plenty of it from a couple of UK masters of the genre, Skream and Benga:

On Sunday (9/20) another of this summer’s great dance parties, Été d’Amour will be coming to an end. Like Sunday Best, the planners of Été d’Amour have made the wise decision to leave closing duties to none other than disco punk, DJ Harvey:
