Back in February, Thurston Moore announced a residency at NYC’s newly-relocated The Stone (which is now at The New School’s Glass Box Theatre), happening December 4-8. Now the lineup has been revealed.

Thurston will be joined by several past collaborators, at the shows including a night with Bill Nace (aka one half of Body/Head with Kim Gordon) and Samara Lubelski (of Thurston’s band Chelsea Light Moving), a night with The Stone artistic director/legendary composer John Zorn and Zorn/Moore collaborator William Winant, a night with White Out and Thurston’s brother Gene Moore, a night with White Out’s Tom Surgal, and more. Like all shows at The Stone, admission to the residency is $20 at the door. You can view the full residency lineup, and watch Thurston perform with White Out at Knitting Factory in 2010, below.

Before this residency, Thurston will be touring his “New Noise Guitar Explorations” project with former Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley and Thurston Moore Group member James Sedwards. That tour hits Brooklyn’s Elsewhere (Hall) on November 15 (tickets).
