Future funk collective Lettuce will play a five-night residency at Blue Note from June 27 through July 1.with two shows each night except 6/29 & 6/30 when there will be three shows a night. Tickets are on sale.

Long-running Baltimore DIY duo Zomes (aka Asa Osborne and Hanna Olivegren), who you may have seen play in NYC with neighbors Beach House or Future Islands, recently released new LP The First Stone via Dischord. The band will be in NYC next week for two release shows: Trans-Pecos on June 25 with Eartheater and Snake Union, and then Union Pool on June 29 with Stephen Strohmeier and Samara Lubelski + Marcia Bassett. Tickets are on sale.

The Wonder Years singer Dan Campbell is bringing his solo project Aaron West & the Roaring 20’s (with a full band) to Brooklyn for a one-off at The Kingsland on June 29. Early November singer Ace Enders provides direct support, and the show also features Can’t Swim, Dryjacket, King Neptune and Children’s Books. Tickets are on sale.
