Titus Andronicus playing Rough Trade on Record Store Day (and Scottapalooza)

Titus Andronicus just wrapped up an acoustic tour that concluded on Sunday with a Brooklyn show at Murmrr Theatre. The’ve got a couple more appearances in NYC still to come this month, though. They’ll play as part of Rough Trade’s Record Store Day celebration on Saturday (4/21). They play at 3 PM and the rest of the lineup is Bambara (noon), the dB’s Chris Stamey (1 PM), The Shacks (4 PM), and a Sinkane DJ set (5 PM). It’s free and all-ages. Rough Trade opens at 9 AM on Record Store Day and they’ll have over 500 RSD exclusives on sale, plus a Speedy Ortiz Twerp Verse inspired installation, and free samples of Brooklyn Brewery beers (for those 21 and over). More details here.

Titus will also play Scottapalooza at Baby’s All Right on April 26, which will be an acoustic performance. Also playing Scottapalooza: The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Slonk Donkerson and two other still-to-be-announced guests. That show is sold out.

You can also catch Titus as part of The Bouncing Souls’ “Stoked for Summer” concert at Asbury Park’s Stone Pony Summer Stage on August 4, which also has Against Me! on the bill.
