Seth Herzog‘s long-running comedy series SWEET is holding a special Monday edition they’re calling “Sweet Absurdity” at Chelsea Music Hall on May 20 with guests Alex Brightman (Broadway’s Beetlejuice), Dan Soder (Sbowtime’s Billions) and, visiting from L.A., Greg Barris. That begins at 9 PM but if you show up at 7 PM there’s a special book release event with LA comedy writer Josh Frank, who “spent a year investigating the infamous film script that Salvador Dali wrote for the Marx Brothers that never got made. Josh turned that into a graphic novel based on what he thought the film would be called: “Giraffes on Horseback Salad.” Seth and his Sweet Absurdity guests will be helping Josh out with a reading of the infamous script. Tickets are on sale now.
