Tickets for the Jawbreaker shows at Brooklyn Steel go on ~~AmEx presale~~ at 10 AM. UPDATE: There was an AmEx presale listed for the Jawbreaker show when it was announced, but is not listed now. Tickets go on sale Friday, January 11 at 10 AM. UPDATE 2: Now an East Coast tour (NJ included) was also announced.

Tickets for the Lee Fields & The Expressions show at Brooklyn Steel go on AmEx presale at noon.

Tickets for the Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip) show at The Cloisters with Money Mark and Annie Hart are on sale now.

Robbers On High Street play Mercury Lounge on February 15 with The Realistics, as part of the venue’s 25th anniversary celebration (tickets).

Marah plays a Mercury Lounge 25th Anniversary show on February 16 (tickets).

Tongue-in-cheek glam-metal band Satanicide and Dave Hill’s Witch Taint play Mercury Lounge on May 23, which is also a Mercury Lounge 25th Anniversary show (tickets).

Ute Lemper performs at Joe’s Pub on January 19 & 20. The show is titled “Rendevous with Marlene” and is based on a three-hour phone conversation Ute had with Marelene Deitrich in 1988. “Ute tells us Marlene’s story, along with singing her fabulous songs from all the chapters of her life, from the Berlin cabaret years to her fabulous Burt Bacharach collaborations.” Tickets are on sale.

Slick Rick, Sugar Hill Gang, Onyx, Rob Base, Keith Murray, Lil’ Cease of Junior Mafia, Roxanne Shante, Dj Marley Marl & Black Sheep play “Legends of Hip Hop NYC” at Bergen PAC on March 15. Tickets are on presale now.

Erika Spring, Stranger Cat, and Erin Durant play Park Church Co-Op on February 8 (tickets).

Metal bands Magic Circle, Sumerlands, and TOWER play Saint Vitus on Friday, January 11 (tickets).

Gang Gang Dance, Geologist, and Weak Signal play Bowery Ballroom on February 3 (tickets)
