Toadies releasing a new album, touring with Local H (dates)

’90s rockers Toadies and Local H will be hitting the road together this year, including a stop at the Toadies’ annual Dia De Los Toadies festival in Possum Kingdom Lake, TX on September 16. For Toadies, the tour is supporting their new album The Lower Side Of Uptown, which is due out on September 8. It’s the followup to 2015’s mostly-acoustic Hereitics, and things are gonna get louder this time around. “Not only is this album louder than Heretics, I think it’s louder and heavier than the last couple Toadies albums,” said guitarist Clark Vogeler. Check out the artwork and tracklist below and stay tuned for new music.

The tour hits NYC on October 18 at Gramercy Theatre and Asbury Park on October 21 at the Stone Pony. Tickets for those shows are on presale now (password = LYRIC) and the public on-sale starts Friday (6/23) at 10 AM.

All dates are listed, with a classic video from each band, below.
