The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

Canadian singer/songwriter Andy Shauf is still touring in support of 2016’s The Party (ANTI- Records), and he recently announced another North American run for this fall. All dates and tickets (including Brooklyn’s National Sawdust on 11/27) here.

SECT, the straight edge supergroup with member of Earth Crisis, Catharsis, and Cursed, plus drummer Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy (and Racetraitor and Enabler), are playing some shows in DC, Brooklyn, and Philly this July. They also play Mexico City’s Off Limits fest in September.

My Bloody Valentine are getting back on the road this year and their tour starts tonight in Birmingham, UK and then they play Saturday (6/23) at the Robert Smith curated Meltdown festival. Later on in the tour, they’ll hit LA for an FYF makeup show with Protomartyr, NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom, and more.

After retiring the Say Hi moniker in 2017, Eric Elbogen quickly decided to un-retire and he’s back with a new album and living room tour.

In addition to co-hosting the weekly NYC comedy show Butterboy (and being a staple of NYC comedy in general), Aparna Nancherla is going on an extensive tour this summer.

Portishead’s Geoff Barrow will bring his other band, BEAK>, to California’s Desert Daze fest this fall and they’ll tour around it, including shows in NYC, LA, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, and Toronto.

Muse’s only 2018 tour date at the moment is this Saturday (6/23) in Lisbon, Portugal. For the rest of us, Muse has a new concert documentary, Drones World Tour, which was filmed at various stops along the band’s ambitiously-produced 2016 tour. It screens in theaters around the world for one night only on July 12.  Watch the trailer below and find a theater near you here.
