The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

BING & RUTH

Ambient ensemble Bing & Ruth will be headed to North America in June for a coast-to-coast tour. “For the past few years I’ve spent most of my time playing and writing a lot of music on the combo organ,” says B&R main man David Moore of what to expect. “As such I’m very excited to be back on tour and sharing this new sound with a reconfigured line-up of organ, clarinet and bass. We hope to see you in the city of your choosing and look forward to sharing a lot more about what the three of us have been working on.” The tour kicks off in NYC on June 3 at Le Poisson Rouge and hits Philly, Raleigh, Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, Tucson, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Montreal and Boston. Head here for dates and tickets.

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Rage Against the Machine‘s reunion tour with Run The Jewels has expanded, adding more shows in NYC, Detroit, Toronto, and DC.

DEF LEPPARD / ZZ TOP

Hard rock vets Def Leppard will be on tour this fall with Texas blue-rock greats ZZ Top as openers. “What a year this is going to be,” says Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott. “First, sold out stadiums, then we get to go on tour with the mighty ZZ Top! Having been an admirer of the band for a lifetime it’s gonna be a real pleasure to finally do some shows together…maybe some of us will get to go for a spin with Billy in one of those fancy cars.” The tour starts in Albany, NY on September 21 and runs through October 18 in Spokane, WA. All dates/tickets are here.

GLASSJAW ‘EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT SILENCE’ SHOWS

After a 15-year-long wait, Glassjaw finally released their genuinely great new album Material Control in late 2017, but they’re not against indulging in a little nostalgia too. They’ll be revisiting their 2000 debut Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence for its 20th anniversary at California’s Chain Fest and will then do it in Boston and NYC too.

WEEN

Ween have been doing short spurts of shows rather than long stretches of touring, and their next run of dates begins tonight at New Haven CT’s College Street Music Hall. After that they’ll head to NYC for a two-night stand at Terminal 5. Saturday’s show is sold out, but tickets are still available for Friday’s. Once their brief East Coast run is done, Ween head to Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, Minneapolis and more. See all of their upcoming dates here.

RINGWORM / ALL OUT WAR / GENOCIDE PACT

Two ’90s-era metalcore lifers who are still making great music today, Ringworm and All Out War, will play some Northeast shows together this March.

GLEN MATLOCK

Original Sex Pistols bassist Glen Matlock will be in the US to play the first night of Dropkick Murphys’ Boston Blowout on March 13, and will stick around the East Coast for a while, playing NYC’s Bowery Electric on March 22. Before that he’s got UK dates with Earl Slick.

THE MAVERICKS

Nashville’s The Mavericks are extending their 30th anniversary tour with a round of 2020 dates that kick off in April with two nights at Austin’s ACL live and run though July 24 in Bismarck, ND and also include stops in Vancouver, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Key West, Orlando and more.

ADAM GREEN / NATION OF LANGUAGE

Former Mouldy Peach half Adam Green is going on tour in March and taking Brooklyn synthpop trio with them.
