That’s in addition to touring Europe with The Bronx this month, followed by a few Europe shows with Modern Life Is War and Cro-mags, and a US tour with Nothing in September. All dates here.

CITIZENS ARREST

Not a tour, but hardcore vets Citizens Arrest had to cancel their Kingsland show that was set to happen this month (6/30), and they’re instead playing NYC on August 5 at Bowery Electric with The Rachets, Headlines, Nervous Triggers, and Hatrabbits (ft. Mikey Erg). Tickets are on sale. No other currently known Citizens Arrest dates.

THE GET UP KIDS

After releasing their very solid new EP Kicker on Polyvinyl last week, emo vets The Get Up Kids kicked off their tour in Dallas last night (6/14). Their current Southwest/West Coast run is with fellow emo vets The Casket Lottery, and after this they have an East Coast/Midwest run with Knapsack/Jealous Sound offshoot Racquet Club and Ageist. They were also just recently announced for The Fest. Updated tour dates here.

THE NUDE PARTY

Party-friendly, twangy garage rockers The Nude Party will release their debut album on July 6 which was produced by Oakley Munson of Black Lips. Check out the video for “Water on Mars,” below. Before that they’ve got a few dates opening for Arctic Monkeys (Raleigh, Nashville, Atlanta) this week, and they’ll play a NYC record release show at Rough Trade on July 5. They also play Meltasia’s The Great Meltdown Funnabration in upstate NY in late July. Their tour schedule also includes UK/EU shows in August and an appearance at this year’s Austin City Limits Fest.
