T-PAIN

T-Pain, who has proven to be a force with and without auto-tune, is hitting the road this fall for shows in NJ, Philly, Austin, Seartle, San Francisco, and more. All dates here.

DANDY WARHOLS

Dandy Warhols have been celebrating their 25th anniversary this year and they’ve just announced they’ll wrap up 2019 with three Pacific Northwest shows: Vancouver on 12/4, Seattle on 12/6 and their hometown of Portland on 12/7. Before that, the Dandys have dates in Australia. All dates are here.

DMBQ

Japan’s DMBQ (aka Dynamite Masters Blues Quartet) are one of a kind, and have been making wigged-out, heavy psychedelic rock for nearly 30 years. Their most recent album, 2018’s Keeenly, came out via Ty Segall’s God? imprint, and he’ll have them open a few of his upcoming residency shows. While in the U.S., DMBQ will playing some headline shows as well, including Philly, Wilmington, DC, Cleveland, Brooklyn (Union Pool on October 2), L.A. and more.

WOLF EYES / PHARMAKON

Pharmakon recently played a Brooklyn release show for her new album Devour and now she has added another Brooklyn show to her upcoming tour, which happens October 30 at Brooklyn Bazaar and which is with Wolf Eyes. That’s a pretty great double bill to see on Mischief Night (or any night for that matter). All Pharmakon dates here. Wolf Eyes also have a few other shows.

RODRIGO Y GABRIELA

Mexican acoustic duo Rodrigo y Gabriela have announced new US tour dates supporting this year’s Mettavolution, including shows in Texas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and more. All dates here.

EZRA FURMAN / KELLEY STOLTZ

Ezra Furman has shared a new video for “Thermometer,” a song off her recently-released Twelve Nudes that she says was “inspired by touring with the inimitable So So Glos back in 2014, wondering if I could write anthems like theirs.” She also announced a 2020 West Coast tour with Kelley Stoltz, which is a cool double bill. Tickets for all newly-added dates go on sale Friday (9/20) at 10 AM PST, and ticket info should be posted here soon.

SHANNON LAY

Shannon Lay’s Sub Pop debut, August, came out last month and she’s gearing up for an extensive fall tour with Mikal Cronin, including a NYC show at Bowery Ballroom on 11/20, Before that, she’ll be in Brooklyn for a free in-store at Rough Trade on Saturday, October 5 at 2 PM. All dates are here.

RAPHAEL SAADIQ

Raphael Saadiq recently released Jimmy Lee, his first album in eight years, which features appearances by Kendrick Lamar, A Tribe Called Quest’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and more. While he played a few small-ish dates around Jimmy Lee‘s release, Raphael has now announced an extensive North American tour of much larger venues for 2020.

THRICE (VHEISSU) / MEWITHOUTYOU / DRUG CHURCH / HOLY FAWN

Thrice announced a Vheissu 15th anniversary tour with some pretty amazing openers.

GRADE 2

UK punks Grade 2 are prepping a new Tim Armstrong-produced album for Tim’s Hellcat label, and also touring the US, including NYC with The Queers, LA/SF with The Adicts, and more.

IN FLAMES

Swedish melodeath vets In Flames announced a North American tour for this fall.

WILCO

Wilco have added more dates to their upcoming Ode to Joy tour, including new shows in Chicago and St. Paul.

SHE & HIM (CHRISTMAS TOUR)

Zoeey Deschanel and M Ward are getting in the holiday spirit again with a 2019 Christmas tour.

CALEXICO and IRON & WINE

Calexico and Iron & Wine teamed up again this year to release Years to Burn, their first record together in 14 years, and have been on tour this summer, and still are, hitting Grand Rapids, Pittsburgh, Philly and Boston this week. They’ve just announced more dates, including a 2020 North American leg.

DEER TICK / ROBERT ELLIS

Deer Tick will be counting down to 2020 with a few New Years shows with Robert Ellis, hitting Brooklyn and Boston. Before that, Robert will be on the road with DT’s Ian O’Neil and Rufus Wainwright.

PETE YORN

Singer-songwriter Pete Yorn recently released new album Caretakers — listen to that below — and he’ll be on the road soon, including West Coast dates in October and then the rest of North American in November, including a Brooklyn show at Warsaw on 11/9. All dates are here.
