DANZIG

Danzig are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year with some Halloween week shows on the West Coast, which happen in Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver, and more. That’s after they headline Psycho Las Vegas, which will be their only Danzig III: How the Gods Kill performance in the US this year. All Danzig dates here.

THE DAMNED

Having released their first new album in 10 years, goth-punk greats The Damned will be back in the U.S. this fall.

Meanwhile, John Lydon will be bringing PiL’s 40th anniversary tour to North America at pretty much the same time as The Damned.

KALI UCHIS

Alt-pop artist and Gorillaz collaborator Kali Uchis recently announced a tour supporting her 2018 debut album Isolation, including a NYC show at Terminal 5 on 10/12. That show is now sold out, but Kali added a second show happening at the same venue the next night (tix on sale 7/13 at 10 AM). All dates here.

TOE

Japanese post/math rockers Toe are following 2015’s Hear You LP with a new EP, Our Latest Number, on August 22 via Machupicchu Industrias (JPN), Topshelf Records (US, EU), and White Noise Records (HK). They’re also touring North America afterwards, and while it seems like more dates are TBA, a few shows have popped up including DC, Brooklyn, Toronto, and Portland. All known dates here. THE QUEERS

Beach Boys and Ramones-worshipping punk vets The Queers just keep on extending their tour, which now includes dates through September including an Asbury Park show (9/6) and a Rocks Off cruise in NYC (9/7). All dates here.

AMYL & THE SNIFFERS

You may have caught their fiery performances opening for King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and now you can catch Aussie punks Amyl & The Sniffers on a headline tour that kicks off in Memphis for Gonerfest.

SLOTHRUST

Slothrust, the band led by singer-songwriter-guitarist Wellbaum, will release new album, The Pact, on September 14. You can check out single “Peach” below. They day their album drops, Slothrust will begin their fall tour which will wind around North America before wrapping up at Music Hall of Williamsburg on November 16. JAPANESE BREAKFAST

Dream-pop boundary pusher Japanese Breakfast already had a bunch of tour dates coming up in continued support of last year’s great Soft Sounds From Another Planet, and now she added even more, including stops in Salt Lake City, Vancouver, Portland, and San Francisco. BIG BOI

In addition to opening Lauryn Hill and Christina Aguilera’s tours this year, Big Boi has other dates, including a recently-announced one-off in Brooklyn.

TRIBULATION

Swedish death/black metal and classic rock blenders Tribulation announced a North American tour supporting this year’s great Down Below. Many dates are co-headlining with Pallbearer, which is an awesome pairing.

CHRISTIAN DEATH

Valor Kand has lead death rockers and American goth icons Christian Death since 1985 and has continued to shock and horrify (and delight) fans. The group are planning a fall tour though currently their are only two shows: Long Branch NJ’s The Brighton Bar on October 27 (tickets) and then a Halloween Night show (10/31) at Brooklyn Bazaar in NYC with Pawns, Sadist, Devil Master, and Blu Anxxiety also on the bill (tickets).

NEGATIVE APPROACH

Hardcore icons Negative Approach are on a mostly West Coast tour as we speak, and also playing the recently-announced Berserker Fest in September.
