The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

DIIV

DIIV returned this week with their very solid third LP Deceiver, which shows the band flirting with much heavier, sludgier sounds than ever before. The band will soon hit the road in support of the album, with a trio of openers including Captured Tracks labelmates Chastity, LA-based band Froth, and one-time Phoebe Bridgers collaborator Storefront Church. The tour kicks off next week in Las Vegas on 10/10, which is right before they play Desert Daze, with further stops in Brooklyn (Warsaw on 10/24), Philly, Austin, Cleveland, San Francisco, Portland, Phoenix, and tons more. Check here for all dates, and stream Deceiver in full below.

DAVE EAST

NYC-based rapper Dave East is gearing up to release his newest project Survival in November, and he’ll embark on a brief US tour the same month, appropriately dubbed “The Survival Tour.” He’ll hit cities including Atlanta, Washington D.C., Charlotte, Boston, and Philly, before heading to Europe in December. All dates can be found here, and you can watch Dave’s newest video for “Alone” below.

THE FALL OF TROY

Tech-y post-hardcore band The Fall of Troy are playing just a few shows this year, including a short Northeast run with Kaonashi and Body Thief, followed by an LA show with likeminded band The Number Twelve Looks Like You (who just released their first album in ten years). The Northeast run includes a show at Knitting Factory Brooklyn on 12/7, plus stops in Philly and Boston.

SAN FERMIN

This week, Brooklyn band San Fermin dropped their fourth LP The Cormorant I, which is the first in two installments dealing with “the ordinary yet enchanted spaces of childhood.” The band will be touring this fall behind the album, beginning with an appearance at SC’s Fall For Greenville on 10/11, before other stops in Toronto, Phoenix, Austin, Philly, Denver, and many others, before a final stop at NYC’s Brooklyn Steel on 12/6. View all dates here, and stream The Cormorant I in full below.

WHITNEY (INTIMATE NYC SHOW ADDED)

After playing two consecutive nights at Brooklyn Steel, Whitney will play an intimate date at the new 250-capacity Manhattan venue The Dance this weekend.

MADONNA

Madonna is currently in the midst of her run at BAM, but she’s recently rescheduled dates for runs in other cities, including Chicago and San Francisco.

THE BOMBPOPS

Punk band The Bombpops are starting a US tour with Masked Intruder, which begins tonight in Phoenix.

ANTI-FLAG

Anti-Flag are playing a trio of US dates later this year (including a BV-presented NYC Halloween show), before touring Europe in 2020.
