THE BOUNCING SOULS

The Bouncing Souls are doing a Northeast run with Swingin’ Utters this weekend and they just announced a December Northeast run with The World/Inferno Friendship Society and Worriers, which will see them pulling heavily from 1996’s Maniacal Laughter and 2001’s How I Spent My Summer Vacation.

UK ska vets The Selecter, whose song “The Selecter” featured on the first-ever 2-Tone single, will be touring the West Coast later this fall with singer Pauline Black, as well as Rhoda Dakar of The Bodysnatchers (and The Special AKA’s haunting “The Boiler”). Things kick off in Los Angeles on Halloween night, and they’ll stop in San Diego, Phoenix, Portland, Vancouver and more. All dates are listed HERE.

THE FLESH EATERS

L.A. supergroup The Flesh Eaters — — featuring John Doe & DJ Bonebrake of X, Dave Alvin & Bill Bateman of The Blasters, Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, and punk poet Chris D — are gearing up to release their first new album in 35 years. They’ll be touring in 2019, too.

‘EXPERIENCE HENDRIX’ tour w/ DAVE MUSTAINE, JOE SATRIANI, BILLY COX, TAJ MAHAL & more

The ‘Experience Hendrix’ tour has been going down in tribute to the late, legendary guitarist since 1995, and this year Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine will join the tour for his first time. Others on the tour include Band of Gypsys bassist Billy Cox, shred master Joe Satriani, Frank Zappa’s son Dweezil Zappa, a “special guest” appearance by blues legend Taj Mahal, and more.
