JONATHAN COULTON

Jonathan Coulton wrapped up a tour with friend and collaborator Aimee Mann earlier this summer, and he has a few upcoming shows in the fall. First he’ll be the house musician at NPR’s Ask Me Another live show in St. Louis with special guests Matt & Kim, before doing two Ask Me Another shows at Brooklyn’s Bell House (9/17 and 9/24). He’ll also be at The Bell House on 10/4 with fellow nerdy songwriting duo Paul & Storm. Find all dates here.

PAUL MCCARTNEY

With new album Egypt Station out next week, Paul has announced more shows for his Freshen Up world tour, including the first U.S. dates which happen in spring 2019.

ASM (Alexandra Sauser-Monnig of Mountain Man)

While Mountain Man are finally back with an upcoming tour and album, members are staying active with other projects too. Alexandra Sauser-Monnig has a few shows with her solo project ASM, including Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on 9/18 opening for Mt Joy, and DC and Charlottesville shows opening for River Whyless. All dates here. ASM released a two-song single in June. Listen:

J COLE

J Cole announced the lineup for his inaugural Dreamville Festival. He also has more dates on his tour with Young Thug, including MSG in October.

DINOSAUR JR

Though Mastodon sadly had to cancel their remaining dates with Dinosaur Jr, Dino will be playing intimate makeup shows.

HALEY (FKA HALEY BONAR)

Haley, who used to go by Haley Bonar, will release her new album, Pleasureland, on October 12. It’s entirely instrumental and you can check out “Infinite Pleasure Pt. 2″ below. She’s also announced a UK tour, as well as dates in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Head here for Haley’s whole tour schedule.
