He’ll begin his North American run in late November, including a Brooklyn show on 11/28 at Brooklyn Steel with Jessica Pratt opening (which is an awesome double bill).

THE WATSON TWINS

Having sung backup for Jenny Lewis, Kings of Leon, Harry Connick Jr., CeeLo Green, My Morning Jacket and other, The Watsons Twins step into the spotlight with their new album, Duo, which features appearances by Carl Broemel and Bo Koster (My Morning Jacket), Vanessa Carlton, Mickey Raphael and The Cactus Blossoms. PIANOS BECOME THE TEETH

Baltimore post-hardcore band Pianos Become the Teeth toured earlier this year behind their very solid new LP Wait For Love, and they’re now closing out 2018 with a short three-night run in the Northeast this December. They’ll hit Long Island, Asbury Park, and their home city of Baltimore. All dates here.

CARDI B

Cardi B, who’s on a song with Madonna and Quavo on the just-released Quavo album, continues to expand her tour. The Bronx rapper plays hometown area shows at Power 105.1 Powerhouse at Prudential Center (with SZA, Ella Mai, and more) and Z100’s Jingle Ball at MSG (with Calvin Harris, Camila Cabello, and more), as well as the just-announced Rolling Loud LA (with Post Malone, Lil Wayne, and more). All dates here.

LEE “SCRATCH” PERRY

Reggae and dub legend Lee “Scratch” Perry may be 82 but he still in constant motion on stage. His tour celebrating the 45th anniversary of groundbreaking album Blackboard Jungle Dub, where he’s backed by Subatomic Sound System, kicks off tonight in Vancouver and dates include Seattle, Portland, L.A., San Francisco, Philadelphia, Asbury Park, NYC and more.

MITSKI

Mitski sold out her entire tour and added one more date, a fourth Brooklyn show. That one’s with “special guests.” Any guesses?

JACK WHITE

Jack White is currently on his fall tour, which includes two newly-added shows at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn (one is already sold out).

NICK CAVE

Nick Cave continues his tour in Brazil this weekend, and that will be followed by a run of U.S. shows including stops in LA, Dallas, DC, and Brooklyn. Win tickets to Brooklyn. All dates here.

Lily Allen plays weekend two of ACL Fest today and then continues her North American tour supporting this year’s highly personal album No Shame. She’ll be in NYC on 10/20 at Terminal 5 with opener S-X. All dates here.

LUCERO

Lucero, who were supposed to open for Jawbreaker in Asbury Park until Hurricane Florence got in the way, are now finally in the tristate area on their ongoing headlining tour behind this year’s very good Among the Ghosts. They’re hitting Warsaw TONIGHT (10/12) and there’s still time to get tickets. After that, they’ve got more dates through February 2019. All dates here.

THE BUTTERTONES

Los Angeles band The Buttertones suavely mix surf and moody soundtrack music perfect for your next fictional spy adventure. They released their debut album early this year, and have a new single out too, and will be on tour beginning later this month hitting dates in the West, Southwest and Southeast. Head here for their full schedule.

ILANA GLAZER

You may remember that Broad City‘s Ilana Glazer hosted the four-part “Generator Series” in July where she interviewed activists and politicians “to see how they each serve us – the people.” She’s bringing the Generator Series back for four nights leading up to the midterm elections at Brooklyn’s Murmrr Theatre.
