LIL YACHTY / BHAD BHABIE
Lil Yachty collaborated with “cash me ousside” girl turned rapper Bhad Bhabie on “Gucci Flip Flops,” and now he’s going on a tour with support from her. The “Disrespect Tour” includes stops in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Rhode Island, and more.
PINBACK
Indie rock vets Pinback went on an Autumn of the Seraphs 10th anniversary tour last year (after taking a short break as a band), and they’re hitting the road again for a West Coast tour this fall. All dates here.
TURNOVER and CITIZEN (opening for The Story So Far)
Dream pop band Turnover and post-hardcore/punk band Citizen will be on tour together this fall, opening for pop punk band The Story So Far. Dates include stops in NYC, NJ, Philly, Atlanta, Austin, LA, and more.
INTERPOL
With their new album, Marauder, out this week, Interpol are gearing up for a world tour in support. They’ve just added more 2019 North American dates, which lead up to their big Madison Square Garden show with Car Seat Headrest and Snail Mail. They’re also streaming this Friday’s show at Brooklyn’s House of Vans.
MITSKI
With her terrific new album just out and summer tour complete, Mitski is gearing up for her fall tour which starts in Europe and the UK, and then heads back to North America. She’s added additional shows in Brooklyn, Philadelphia and DC.
YELLE
With new single “OMG!!!” out now (watch the slightly NSFW video below), French pop vet Yelle will be on tour in the U.S. this fall, including shows in Miami, Atlanta, Baltimore, Philly, and the tour wraps up with three nights at Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Zone One on November 8, 10 & 11 (tickets). KERO KERO BONITO
UK group Kero Kero Bonito begin their extensive fall North American tour in mid-October which includes East Coast dates with Tanukichan and West Coast dates with Frankie Cosmos. Their show at Elsewhere Hall (11/17) sold out, so they’ve added another Brooklyn show on 11/18 at Market Hotel (tickets on sale 8/24). All dates are listed here and look out for a new KKB LP this fall.
PETAL (with OKKERVIL RIVER, then SHAKEY GRAVES)
Petal has more dates coming up behind her very solid new album Magic Gone. She’s opening Okkervil River’s Brooklyn show at Music Hall of Williamsburg on 9/13, and then she tours Europe and the UK with Shakey Graves (who released a psychedelic new album this year). All Petal dates can be found here.
RAKIM / PHAROAHE MONCH
Rakim, who recently released a new song and reunited with Eric B, has more dates coming up, including an edition of J.Period’s ‘Live Mixtape’ at NYC’s Sony Hall on 9/13. That’s with Pharoahe Monch, who also plays a big fundraiser at Mercury Lounge (9/1) earlier that same month. All Rakim dates here.
RUNAWAY BROTHER
Cleveland emo-ish indie rockers Runaway Brother followed their 2015 debut Mother with New Pocket earlier this year on Tiny Engines, and they’re heading out on tour in continued support of it.
