The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

PHOENIX

Parisian pop royalty Phoenix have upcoming “Ti Amo” residencies in their hometown (May), Brooklyn (July), and Los Angeles (September) but if you can’t make it to one of those, they’ve just announced more tour dates, including a stop at Seattle’s Bumbershoot, plus dates in Boston and more. THE XX

The xx will be in the U.S. in July, playing Los Angeles’ FYF Festival and NYC’s Panorama. In between the UK group will play two nights at Washington, DC’s 9:30 Club on July 26 & 27. Tickets for those DC shows go on sale Thursday, May 1 at 10 AM Eastern with fan presales starting Tuesday, May 1 at 10 AM. The xx also have UK and EU shows this spring, all dates are listed here.

JAWBREAKER

Jawbreaker are thankfully keeping the reunion going, and they’ve now announced two more NYC-area shows! A BrooklynVegan presale starts Wednesday.

GIRAFFES? GIRAFFES!

Experimental math rock duo Giraffes? Giraffes! are back with their first album in seven years, Memory Lane, out now on Topshelf Records. They also announced a tour, including a NYC show on July 28 with Vasudeva and Goddard, a West Coast run with Mylets, and more. After that, they head to the UK for the ArcTanGent festival with Glassjaw, Shellac, Pelican, La Dispute, Pianos Become the Teeth, Foxing, and many others (full lineup). All dates and tickets HERE. I’M WITH HER

Folk supergroup I’m With Her, which features  Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz, and Aoife O’Donovan, have been touring much of 2018 already in support of their debut album. They’ve added still more dates, including shows at Katonah, NY’s Caramoor Spanish Courtyard and Westbury, NY’s The Space.

40 WATT SUN

After re-activating Warning for a tour last year, Patrick Walker is now turning his attention back to 40 Watt Sun to play select shows and fests.

BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY

Cleveland rap greats Bone Thugs-N-Harmony just reunited all five of their members on stage over the weekend, and they have now expanded their tour.

PARQUET COURTS

Parquet Courts’ new album Wide Awake! is out in a couple weeks and they’ve just shared the video for “Mardi Gras Beads” from the album (which was a Record Store Day single, too). Like the “Wide Awake” video and, as you might expect from the title, it was shot in New Orleans and you can watch that below. The band have also added a few more September dates to their 2018 tour, including Lincoln, NE’s Lincoln Calling Festival, plus West Coast dates. They still haven’t announced a NYC show for this tour, but all dates and ticket info, here.

MASTODON / DINOSAUR JR

Mastodon will be on tour with Primus starting this weekend, and dates include a show at Red Rocks next week and they will be in the NYC area for shows at Stone Pony Summer Stage on June 1 and NYC’s Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk on June 3. (Both shows are part of Live Nation’s “National Concert Week” promotion where you can get tickets for $20 including service fees.) They’ve just expanded their tour with September dates where they’ll be out with Dinosaur Jr and Netherlands, including shows in Cleveland, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, MI, many in Canada, and more.

OLDEN YOLK

Olden Yolk, the band featuring Shane Butler of Quilt and Caity Shaffer, are on tour now in support of their great self-titled debut which came out earlier this year via Trouble in Mind, and dates include a show at NYC’s Mercury Lounge on May 19.They’ve also added West Coast dates with Mega Bog in June. AMERICAN FOOTBALL with PHOEBE BRIDGERS and YOU BLEW IT

Reunited emo legends American Football have announced some shows, including some with Phoebe Bridgers and some with You Blew It, the latter of whom are pausing their hiatus just for these shows.

GHOST

Occult rockers Ghost have announced arena shows in NYC and LA in support of their upcoming new album.

CHILDISH GAMBINO / VINCE STAPLES

Childish Gambino has expanded his tour, including a second MSG show with Rae Sremmurd, and a mostly-West Coast run with Vince Staples.

U.S. GIRLS

Toronto’s U.S. Girls released one of the best albums of 2018 so far with In A Poem Unlimited, and their current eight or ten or so piece band have a must-see live show. They begin their European tour TONIGHT, and ahead of that tour, they’ve released a new KEXP session. They’ll be back in NYC for day two of The National’s two-day mini fest “There’s No Leaving New York” at Queens’ Forest Hills Stadium in September. All dates and tickets HERE.
