The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

RA RA RIOT

Indie pop mainstays Ra Ra Riot, whose new LP Superbloom is out today, recently wrapped up a tour with Third Eye Blind and Jimmy Eat World last week, and the band will soon embark on a headlining North American tour this fall. Stops include Philly, NYC (Webster Hall on 11/16), Austin, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Toronto, Denver, Portland, and tons more. Following this tour, the band will play several European dates in December. Check here for all dates, and stream Superbloom in full below.

RED CITY RADIO

Oklahoma punks Red City Radio, who last released SkyTigers in 2018, are opening several dates of Taking Back Sunday’s 20th anniversary tour this fall (including Albany, Hartford, Boston, DC, Philly, and more) and then doing some November dates overseas with Hot Water Music. They’ve also got a few headlining shows in the midst of all that, including Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on November 7 with MakeWar and Hot Knife. All dates here.

CJ RAMONE

CJ Ramone (Ramones bassist from 1989 to 1996) begins his tour in Philly tonight (8/9) and then hits NYC tomorrow (Saturday, 8/10), and it’s since been revealed that this will be a farewell tour; CJ’s retiring from touring after this month. All dates here.

THE MOUNTAIN GOATS

The Mountain Goats are on tour now supporting this year’s In League with Dragons, hitting New Haven tonight (8/9) with Mountain Man offshoot Daughter of Swords and then a free SummerStage show in Manhattan’s East River Park on Saturday (8/10). That show goes from 7-9 PM; more info here. Mountain Goats also have upcoming shows with Erin Rae, Lydia Loveless, and more. All dates here.

HAIM

Fresh off releasing a new single, Haim announced a free NYC show (for Chase cardholders) at The Rooftop at Pier 17 later this month.

CLAIRO

Clairo’s headlining North American tour went on sale today, and some dates quickly sold out, so she expanded the tour, adding second dates in San Francisco, Boston, and NYC.

LIFE OF AGONY

Brooklyn alt-metal vets Life Of Agony announced their new album The Sound of Scars, which is a sequel to their classic 1993 debut River Runs Red, and announced a world tour.

FLOORPUNCH

Not a tour, but NJ straightedge/youth crew vets Floorpunch announced that they’ll play their first NYC show since 2000 at NYC Edge Day with Down To Nothing, Regulate, One Step Closer, and more.
