WALE

Not only is Wale playing Hot 97’s Hot for the Holidays at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on 12/18 (with H.E.R. and more), he’s also touring in 2020 including a show at Brooklyn Steel on 1/15. More dates are TBA soon. Update: full tour announced, including Nashville, Dallas, New Orleans, Houston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and more. All dates here.

WILLIE NELSON

“On the Road Again” may be one of country icon Willie Nelson most famous songs but it’s also a truism — he’s always on tour. (When in good health.) Willie’s just announce a bunch of 2020 tour dates in January and February, including stops in San Diego, San Francisco, Savannah, Fort Lauderdale, and more.

ENFORCED (with BLACK TUSK, INTEGRITY, YOUTH OF TODAY, OBITUARY, more)

Richmond crossover thrashers Enforced, who released their very solid debut album At The Walls earlier this year, are opening for Integrity and All Out War in Baltimore tonight (11/13), Boston on Friday (11/15), and Quebec on Saturday (11/16), and in between all that, they’ll stop in Brooklyn to open the Saint Vitus stop of the Black Tusk / Child Bite tour on Thursday (11/14) (tickets). They also open the Richmond stop of the Obituary tour, and they provide local support for Youth of Today and Judge in Richmond on 11/21.

ELTON JOHN

Elton John has added the final batch of 2020 dates to his farewell tour, which is expected to conclude with TBA shows in 2021.

THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS

They Might Be Giants have added even more shows to their 2020 Flood 30th Anniversary tour, including shows in Boston, Burlington, Northampton, Ithaca, New Haven, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis AND St. Paul, St. Louis, and Cleveland. Head here for all the dates.

CALEXICO/IRON & WINE TOUR OPENERS

Calexico and Iron & Wine start their 2020 “Years to Burn” tour in Chicago on January 29 and they’ve announced the openers for the track. Many dates have Madison Cunningham with them, while others — like Capitol Theater and Webster Hall shows in the NYC area — are with Half Waif. Head here for all dates.

James Blake is once again doing some rare solo piano shows in the US this December.

ALI WONG

Comedian Ali Wong, who has been all over Netflix lately between comedy specials, romcom Always Be My Maybe and the new season of Big Mouth, has been on her “Milk & Money” tour for most of this year, and she recently announced new 2020 dates.

THE GET UP KIDS

The Get Up Kids begin their headlining fall tour with Kevin Devine opening tonight, and they’ve released a new video for “Lou Barlow” (starring the real Lou Barlow) to mark the occasion. All dates and video here.

RATBOYS with ELLIS and ANOTHER MICHAEL

Chicago indie rockers Ratboys announced a new album and tour, including one leg with Ellis and one with their Topshelf labelmates Another Michael.

HARRY STYLES / JENNY LEWIS

Harry Styles announced a 2020 tour, and he once again tapped some very cool openers for it. All US/Canada dates are with Jenny Lewis (including two nights at MSG), while Mexico is with Koffee and Europe is with King Princess.

CAMILA CABELLO

Harry Styles wasn’t the only boy band/girl group member turned solo pop star to announce a tour that hits Madison Square Garden today. Former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello did as well. All dates and tickets (including MSG on 9/18) here.

BOSTON CALLING 2020

Over 60 artists are still TBA, including a third headliner, but we know Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers are headlining Boston Calling 2020.

A$AP MOB’S YAMS DAY

A$AP Mob have announced Yams Day 2020, taking place at Barclays Center in January.
