Kyle Green sued Travis Scott and Terminal 5 after sustaining injuries falling from the third floor balcony at Scott’s April 2017 show at the venue. The rapper encouraged fans to jump off the second floor balcony that night, but Green, who was 23 at the time, claims he was pushed over third floor railing. Now The Blast reports that Scott is counter-suing Terminal 5 owner The Bowery Presents and security firm Strike Force Protective Services. According to The Blast, legal documents from Scott allege carelessness and recklessness from venue management and security, and hold them liable for damages from Green’s injury.

Green says he uses a wheelchair after being left paralyzed on his left side from the fall, and also counts fractured vertebrae, a broken left wrist and fractured right ankle among the injuries he sustained.
