Tredici Bacci is the project of musician and composer Simon Hanes that channels his love of ’60s/’70s soundtrack music, tipping his hat especially to Italy and the likes of Ennio Morricone and Bruno Nicolai. The group’s new album, Amore Per Tutti, is resplendent in horns, harpsichords, strings, “bah bah” vocals and other groovy sounds. The record is out November 11 via NNA Tapes and we’ve got the premiere of “Give Him the Gun” which features lead vocals from Foetus founder JG Thirlwell and could be a lost Bond theme. That premieres right here:

You can check out artwork and tracklist for Amore Per Tutti below and the album’s on preorder now.

Tredici Bacci do an impressive job of pulling this lush sound off live, and you can catch them at the LP release show at Brooklyn’s Market Hotel on November 12, which also features Amirtha Kidambi Elder Ones and a headlining collaborative set between Oneida and Rhys Chatham. Tickets are on sale.
