Turnstile share new video, touring with Every Time I Die, Angel Du$t, Vein

Genre-defying hardcore band Turnstile released a video for two of the songs off their great new album TIME & SPACE, the R&B/soul interlude “Bomb” and the Fugazi-esque chug of “I Don’t Wanna Be Blind.” The video was directed by famed skateboarding photographer Atiba Jefferson, with director of photography Ty Evans, and it follows a group of kids chasing a man who ran over their flowers with his car. Along the way, they pass the venue Turnstile is playing at that night and one of the kids knocks over singer Brendan Yates on the sidewalk. Eventually they catch the driver (who turns out to be Turnstile’s Franz Lyons), wreck his car, and cover it in flowers. Watch below.

Turnstile have also been announcing more and more tour dates recently. They’re one of three killer openers lined up for Every Time I Die‘s tour (the other two are Angel Du$t and Vein), and they’re playing Jay-Z’s Made In America festival, Tyler the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival festival, A Day To Remember’s Self Help Fest, the Louder Than Life festival, and more. All dates are listed below.

There’s no NYC-area date on the Every Time I Die/Turnstile tour, but ETID have a bunch of other dates, including two sold-out Rocks Off Cruises in NYC in October, a Newark show opening for Fall Out Boy in September, and more.
