The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die kicked off their short Northeast tour last night (1/26) at Brooklyn Bazaar. They’ve always had a rotating lineup, and this was their first time in NYC without founding member Derrick Shanhotlzer-Dvorak. They started things off with “Walnut Street Is Dead (Long Live Walnut Street)” off their 2010 debut EP Formlessness, and proceeded to play an hour-long set that touched on songs from all over their career.

Forever Losing Sleep, For Everest and Take One Car opened the show. Pictures of all four bands are int eh gallery above.
