Twin Peaks, played MHOW playing Baby's All Right tonight with Drowners and Gang of Youths

It seemed pretty obvious to us that when a band called “Laura Palmers” were playing new Brooklyn venue Baby’s All Right the night after Chicago band Twin Peaks were opening for Born Ruffians at Music Hall of Williamsburg, that it was probably the same band under a not-very-hard-to-guess pseudonym. Then “Laura Palmers” was removed and “Secret Guest” was put up instead, but Drowners were added to the bill that also now includes Gang of Youths who were also added to the upcoming Sky Ferreira/Smith Weterns show at Webster Hall.

Now that the MHOW show is over, Twin Peaks have announced that they ARE in fact playing Baby’s All Right tonight (11/8). Tickets are on sale. The show’s on the early side with Gang of Youths going on at 8:30 and the whole thing is over by 11 PM. At that time tonight, the venue hosts a free party called “Comic Sans” with DJ set from Pearl Necklace’s Bryce Hackford.
