Tyler the Creator, Rosalia, Run-DMC w/ Aerosmith, more performing at Grammys

The 2020 Grammy Awards Ceremony happens January 26 at the Staples Center in LA (and will air live on CBS at 8 PM ET), and more performers continue to be announced. One exciting new addition is Tyler, the Creator, whose great IGOR is up for Best Rap Album.

A source also tells Variety that Run-DMC are set to join “2020 MusicCares Person of the Year” Aerosmith on stage during their career-spanning medley to perform their pioneering rap-rock collab, “Walk This Way.” Update: this collab is now confirmed by the Grammys and The Gap Band’s Charlie Wilson will join Aerosmith as well.

Another exciting addition is Rosalía, who’s up for Best New Artist and whose great El mal querer is up for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album.

Other new additions include Camila Cabello, H.E.R., Jonas Brothers, and Bonnie Raitt (doing a John Prine tribute). Previously announced performers include Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Gwen Stefani (who’s set to duet with Blake Shelton), and more. Like last year, Alicia Keys will host.

First-time nominee Billie Eilish and Lizzo (who received the most amount of nominations, with eight total) are both up for major awards, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist.
