United Nations announce shows with RLYR (mem Locrian, Pelican, Russian Circles)

Thursday may be back, but that isn’t stopping frontman Geoff Rickly from working with his other projects. His screamo band United Nations have announced some shows, including Boston and Brooklyn with RLYR. The Brooklyn show happens June 22 at Saint Vitus. Tickets for that show will be on sale soon.

Those two shows are part of a tour for RLYR (pronounced “relayer”), which is something of a supergroup with Steven Hess (Locrian), Colin DeKuiper (Bloodiest, ex-Russian Circles) and Trevor Shelley de Brauw (Pelican). Their debut album Delayer will be out June 17 via Magic Bullet Records (pre-order), and you can stream its opening track “Slipstream Summer” below.
