watch a new teaser for the Jawbreaker documentary, starring Steve Albini
Jawbreaker are reuniting this year to play their first show in 21 years at Riot Fest Chicago (and nowhere else… for now at least). They’re also subject of a new documentary, Don’t Break Down: A Film About Jawbreaker, which has been in the works for a while and now there’s a new clip out from it (in honor of Jawbreaker Day).
The clip has interviews with Jawbreaker members and Steve Albini, who recorded 24 Hour Revenge Therapy, and Albini admits in the clip that he mistook them for Jawbox. Watch below.
The film also has interviews with Billie Joe Armstrong, Jessica Hopper, Graham Elliot, Chris Shifflet, Josh Caterer and more. Release date is still TBA.
