After playing two sold-out shows in NYC, Yellow Magic Orchestra’s Haruomi Hosono played Los Angeles’ The Mayan on Monday (6/3). For his song “Honey Moon,” as Pitchfork notes, he brought out a special guest, Mac DeMarco, to sing and play with him. A big Hosono fan, Mac knew that song pretty well as he covered it last year.
