watch Shannen Moser play "Yard" solo acoustic, ahead of full-band tour

Philly’s Shannen Moser self-released her album Oh, My Heart on Bandcamp in January, and she’s since signed to Lame-O Records, who gave the album a remastered digital release in April and will put it out in vinyl on June 16 (pre-order). In celebration of the vinyl release, Shannen has been releasing videos of herself playing solo acoustic versions of the songs in various locations in Philadelphia. We’re premiering a video of Shannen sitting on a staircase and playing “Yard.” The video was made by Good Boy Audio Visual, and you can watch it below.

As mentioned, Shannen is opening a handful of dates on the Sorority Noise tour. These will her first dates with a full band that includes cellist Julia Peters (ex-TWIABP), drummer Mike Walsh, and guitarist Eric Muth.

The run with Sorority Noise includes the Brooklyn show on June 15 at Music Hall of Williamsburg (tickets). All of Shannen’s dates are listed below.
