watch Tau Cross' new video for "Killing The King"

Tau Cross, whose lineup includes Amebix bassist/vocalist Rob “The Baron” Miller and Voivod drummer Michel Langevin, are following their killer 2015 debut with Pillar of Fire on July 21 via Relapse (pre-order). We’re premiering the video for the album’s new single “Killing The King,” a song as crushing as anything on the band’s debut. Like Amebix, the song sorta occupies the grey area between punk and metal, with melodic riffage, heavy chugs, snarling shouts, gravelly screams, and just a little bit of psychedelia. The grainy, black-and-white video suits the song well. Check it out below.
